April and Steve were amazing to work with! House hunting from out of state is very intimidating but their knowledge of the areas in East and Middle Tennessee put us at ease immediately. April was always available to us by text, phone or email to answer questions, listen to our concerns (whining) and willing to meet us at a moments notice to look at a house that caught our eye. Steve has a great perspective when visiting homes which is very helpful for people like me that just look at the pretty things. They were there for us every step of the way from our first meeting until the ink was dry on the closing documents. April also helped us secure an awesome lender along the way. We were so blessed to work with them throughout this process. The best part is, even though our house search is complete I know I have two new friends in Tennessee who are just a phone call away.
