Shawna Rhoades

Shawna Rhoades serves the Upper Cumberland and surrounding areas after relocating to Overton County from the Central Valley of California. She is a fourth-generation farmer on two sides of her family and owned and operated a 65-acre farm with her husband. They farmed Thompson seedless grapes, prunes, almonds, and kiwi. Wanting a better way of life for their family, they purchased 134 acres in the hills of Tennessee.

 

Shawna has also maintained an extremely strong and successful career with the award-winning cosmetic company, Mary Kay, whose values align with The Blankinship Group. Her business experience, unmatched customer service, and determination bring an abundance of value to our clients.

 

Relocating after being so deeply rooted in California was not an easy task but one she has no regrets about! She loves her new home and the surrounding communities! Her heart is to serve others who see the value of living among a community who appreciate one another, focusing on raising up children to be educated, and versed in entrepreneurship and giving them a strong social environment to root into!
