About Nick
Nick Serpa is an Affiliate Broker who serves Roane and the surrounding counties of East Tennessee and is also the proud owner of Patriot Construction! Born and raised in Bakersfield California, Nick has a background as a medical assistant and was a successful contractor before relocating his family to Roane County.
After moving to Tennessee, Nick solidified his passion for this great state, the freedom it offers, and the opportunities it provides for his family. Nick specifically has a heart to help other families both locally and relocating here to realize those same unique traits that we cherish so deeply. He loves to hunt, maintains a successful handyman business, and values his role as a husband and father.
Nick is an absolute joy to work with. He is smart, a wonderful negotiator, and passionate about his commitment to his clients. Currently working on a designation to excel in his service to senior citizens and Veterans, he works tirelessly to serve all clients in any way they need him in order for them to succeed.
